I am a naturally optimistic person to be around and clients have found my openness and warmth helpful when building the relationship at the start.

I completed my Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at University of East London following a career in HR & Six Sigma project management.

I have significant experience of working successfully with adults presenting with anxiety, panic attacks, work-related stress, childhood and domestic abuse, depression, chronic pain, relationship issues, gender dysphoria, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and grief across a wide range of services including the NHS, university, private and charity providers.

My Doctoral research focused on the experience of feeling stuck in grief and I have a special interest in working with grief and bereavement. In addition to my clinical work, I am committed to psychological research and education of trainee psychologists and am a lecturer and research supervisor on the University of East London's Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology
